4. Bookings and Appointments

Regarding bookings made through our platform:

  • You agree to arrive on time for scheduled appointments or cancel within the required notice period.
  • Cancellation policies are set by individual service providers and will be displayed at the time of booking.
  • onReserve is not responsible for the quality of services provided by listed businesses.

6. Reviews and Content

By submitting reviews, photos, or other content to onReserve, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on our platform. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you submit. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

If you register as a business on our platform, you additionally agree to:

9. Termination
